Security & trust
Current build: 183 · v1.0.0. This page tells you exactly what to check, and how to check it yourself.
Offline by design
TPEE makes zero network calls at runtime. No MCP connections, no analytics, no phone-home. Your prompts live in local files on your PC and nowhere else. You can verify that with your own firewall — we encourage it. (This website, the Stripe checkout, and our email service are online, obviously. The app is not.)
The SmartScreen warning, honestly
TPEE is not yet code-signed. An EV code-signing certificate costs money we'd rather spend on development — so the first time you run the installer, Windows SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” dialog. That dialog appears for most small-vendor Windows software; it is a reputation warning, not a virus detection.
- Run the MSI you downloaded from this site.
- If SmartScreen appears, click “More info”.
- Check the app name is TPEE, then click “Run anyway”.
- Before doing any of that, verify the file's SHA-256 hash against the values below — that proves the bytes are exactly what we published.
When a code-signing certificate is in place, this dialog simply stops appearing. Until then we'd rather explain it than hide it.
Verify your download (SHA-256)
After downloading, run one command in Windows and compare the result with the matching value below:
certutil -hashfile TPEE_Installer_V1_B183.msi SHA256

How downloads work
- Installers live in a private storage bucket. They are never publicly listed, and there is no “direct link” to share.
- After a purchase (or an approved application) you get a personal download link: valid for 7 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first.
- Expired or used up? Request a fresh link on the download page — it arrives by email.
- A refund revokes the download links. Already-downloaded copies keep running — the app is offline and has no activation to switch off.
Payments & your data
Checkout is hosted entirely by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. We store only your email, your plan, and Stripe's reference IDs, so we can deliver your download and answer support questions. Details: privacy policy. Refunds: 14 days, no questions.
