Terms of purchase

Plain language, because the product is plain software: you buy it once, it keeps working.

The license

1. Every TPEE purchase is a perpetual, non-transferable license — you pay once and the app is yours to use.
2. Starter: 1 user. Professional: 1 commercial user. Business: up to 5 named users in one organization.
3. Student and Job Seeker tiers are free, application-approved, and licensed for that applicant's own use.

Updates

Every license includes 12 months of updates starting on the purchase (or approval) date. After those 12 months the app keeps working forever — it runs offline and has no clock to expire — but you stop receiving new builds. We do not promise a renewal price today; that's a future decision and we'll publish it before it matters.

Delivery

TPEE is delivered as a download (MSI installer and portable ZIP — the same build). Your personal download link is valid for 7 days or 5 downloads; fresh links are free from the download page. There are no license keys and no activation — any mechanism like that would contradict the offline design.

Fair use

1. Don't redistribute the installers or post your download link publicly — links are personal and capped.
2. Don't resell or sublicense the app.
3. Beta testers: the BETA50 code is single-use, for your first purchase, and comes with the monthly-feedback promise described on the beta page.

The legal minimum

TPEE is provided as-is; we warrant that the download you receive is the build we publish (verifiable by SHA-256) and that it does what this site describes. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Refunds follow the 14-day policy. Toptronic^® operates from Hong Kong; prices are in USD, tax-exclusive. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
