Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe charges the USD amount. The figure under each plan is an approximate local-currency equivalent for — your own bank converts it, at its rate.Buy TPEE now — one-time price, code-signed installer, 14-day refund. The three plans, cheapest first:
Not sure which plan? Start with Professional — the plan Toptronic® recommends, and the one we badge Recommended below: one commercial user who wants every release for a year, with 12 months of updates and priority release access, at USD $299 once. Narrower needs are cheaper: see the Student and Starter cards, and the short chooser under the ladder.
What happens after you pay: every plan is a one-time purchase — USD $49, $99 or $299 — the app keeps working forever, and every plan carries a 14-day refund: inside 14 days the price is returned less the 15% + USD 5 that the terms of purchase page sets out. The installer you download is code-signed as Toptronic Ltd and carries a published SHA-256, so Windows shows you who published it before it runs. The app itself makes no network call: no account, no telemetry, no analytics.

Paying from outside the United States
- Every price on this site is in US dollars, and Stripe charges that exact USD amount to your card for the plan you choose. Nothing is added on our side.
- Your own bank or card issuer converts that USD amount into your currency, at its own rate and, on some cards, with its own foreign-transaction fee — the same as for any other USD purchase you make. We do not set that conversion and never see it.
- If a card is declined at checkout, a common reason is that the bank has not switched on payments in a foreign currency — turn that on in your banking app, or use a card that allows it.
Which plan is right for me?
- Just starting out, or studying, on a budget — the Student plan at USD $49, with 4 months of updates.
- One commercial user who wants every release for a year — Professional at USD $299, our recommended plan, with 12 months of updates and priority release access.
- Buying it for somebody else — The Gift of the Future, delivered to the recipient by email.
- Not sure yet? Everything is a one-time payment, every plan carries the Toptronic® Lifetime Warranty, and the same installer runs the same full program.
What you get in the box: the full TPEE desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 — its IDE and model profiles, the PRD Innovator, the Job Descriptions catalogue and the Teach planning tools — plus the offline user manuals and cheat sheets. Everything lives on your own disk: no account, no cloud, no subscription.
The words those sections use — context window, harness, MCP, hallucination, agent loop — are defined in the Dictionary of AI.
Not sure which one is you? Find your line:
- Studying or retraining — Student, USD $49, 4 months of updates — checkout like any other plan, no approval step.
- One person using it themselves — Starter, USD $99, 1 user, 6 months of updates.
- Using it commercially — Professional, USD $299, 1 commercial user, 12 months of updates, priority release access.
- Buying it for someone else — The Gift of the Future, USD $299, the Professional plan delivered by email to the recipient.
The plans do not differ in the app. Every plan is the full app — what changes is how long updates continue after you buy (4, 6 or 12 months of updates) and how many people may use one licence (1 user on Starter, 1 commercial user on Professional). When the update window ends the app keeps working; you simply stop receiving new builds.
Maintenance plans — keep the updates coming
When your included window of updates ends the app keeps working exactly as it is; what stops is the arrival of new signed releases. A maintenance plan extends that window, at the price that belongs to the licence you already hold. We match the email address you bought with, so nothing is re-installed.
- Student — 4 months of updates, USD $19. Not for commercial use.
- Starter — 6 months of updates, USD $59.
- Professional — 12 months of updates, USD $99.
- Pro Beta — 12 months of updates, USD $59, the beta-tester rate.
Buy the one that matches the licence you hold — the buyer details are the email address we already have for you, and nothing is re-installed. If your window has already ended, the new months are added from today — no time is lost.
If the address you pay with is not the address we hold a paid licence for, the payment still completes: we record the order, email you the same day, and add the months by hand.

Three questions before you buy
Is there a subscription?
No — every plan is a one-time payment, and your updates window is the length the plan lists.
Where does my work go?
Nowhere. The program runs entirely offline on Windows, so nothing you type leaves your machine.
What exactly am I downloading?
A Windows installer signed in the name of Toptronic Ltd, covered by the Toptronic® Lifetime Warranty.
How updates reach you
How do I get a new version?
You download it from this site. There is no forced update and no subscription.
How often is a version published?
Signed releases are published on a schedule — about every 14 days — not every day.
What if I miss one?
Nothing lapses. Your updates window is measured from your purchase, and every release published inside it is yours to download.
What you get, plainly
- One-time payment — no subscription and nothing recurring.
- Installer download link and licence delivered by email after checkout.
- Windows 10 and 11. Runs offline by default.
- Every purchase carries the Toptronic® Lifetime Warranty.
