63. Organizing and Saving Your Work

Why save prompts? Good prompts are reusable assets. A prompt that worked once can work again with minor tweaks.

Naming convention: Use descriptive names like 'Rust_Debug_Trait_Bounds' instead of 'prompt1'. Include the purpose and key elements.

The Prompt Library: Use File → Prompt Library to save prompts with metadata. Add tags like 'coding', 'rust', 'debugging' for easy searching.

Folder organization: Create folders by project (TPEE, Website, Reports) or by type (Code, Documents, Emails).

Version control: When improving a prompt, save as a new version rather than overwriting. This lets you compare what worked better.

Auto-backup: TPEE automatically saves backups. Know where your TPEE_Data/backups folder is located for recovery.
