A prompt engineering tool, not a prompt chat box

Prompt engineering is the work of deciding what a model should be told, in what order, and how you will know it worked. A chat box gives you one field for all of that. TPEE gives it a structure: thirteen named sections you fill in deliberately, a score that reads what you actually wrote, and an export in the dialect the tool you use will parse.

Questions a buyer actually asks

What is a prompt engineering tool?

A program for writing, structuring, scoring and exporting the instructions you give a large language model, as opposed to typing them into a chat box. TPEE does that on Windows, offline, with thirteen named prompt sections and a 0-100 quality score.

How is this different from a prompt library?

A library stores text you already wrote. TPEE scores what you wrote, shows which sections are empty or weak, and exports it in the format a specific IDE, CLI or agent harness parses. It also keeps a version history and automatic backups of every document.

Does TPEE call any AI model for me?

No. TPEE prepares the prompt; you send it to whichever model you choose in whichever application you already use. It ships a catalogue of 185 priced models so you can estimate the cost of a prompt before you send it, but it never contacts a provider.

Is there a free trial?

Yes - fourteen days, the full editor, no credit card and no account. Updates are not included during the trial; they begin with a licence.

What does it cost?

One-time: Student USD $49, Starter USD $99, Professional USD $299, including an updates window of 4, 6 or 12 months. After that the application keeps working forever and extending the window is optional.

Is the installer code-signed?

The release on sale is signed with an EV certificate issued to Toptronic Ltd, and its SHA-256 digest is published on the security page so you can check the file you downloaded.

What happens to my data?

Nothing leaves your PC: prompts, templates, projects and scores are local JSON files beside the application, with no account and no telemetry. This website measures visits with Google Analytics and a Google Ads tag, and only after you accept the choice it shows you at the bottom of the page; decline and nothing is loaded.
